1. Shipping Policy

At ZEG3D, we ensure that our products reach you safely, wherever you are in Romania. Since most of our products are created using 3D printing technology, please consider the production time before shipping.

Processing and Production Time:

  • Standard Products (e.g., Auto Adapters): 1-2 business days.

  • Personalized Products (e.g., Family Tree, Plaques): 2-4 business days (required for custom design and printing).

Delivery Methods: We work exclusively with rapid courier services to guarantee the speed and safety of your packages.

  • Locker Delivery (Easybox / Fanbox):

    • The fastest and most flexible method.

    • You can pick up your package 24/7 from your selected locker at checkout.

    • Cost: [XX] RON (or Free for orders over [XXX] RON).

  • Courier Delivery (Door-to-Door):

    • The courier delivers the package directly to your specified address (home or office).

    • Cost: [XX] RON.

Note: After shipping, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number (AWB) to monitor your order's progress.


2. Return and Warranty Policy

At ZEG3D, quality is our priority. We want you to be proud of the products you order. However, given the specific nature of customized goods, our return policy complies with current legislation (OUG 34/2014) and distinguishes between standard and personalized products.

A. Personalized Products (NOT Returnable)

Products made to order, which have been clearly personalized according to your specifications (e.g., Family Tree with names, Newborn Plaques with dates, Cards with names/logos), are exempt from the right of withdrawal/return. According to Art. 16 lit. c of OUG 34/2014, products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned.

These products are unique and cannot be resold. Therefore, please carefully check the accuracy of your data (names, calendar dates) before placing your order.

B. Situations where we ACCEPT Returns / Replacements (Free)

Regardless of whether a product is personalized or not, we take full responsibility if the error is ours. We will replace the product for free or refund your money if:

  • Product arrived damaged: It was broken during transport.

  • Execution error: We printed a name incorrectly compared to what you wrote in the order, or dimensions do not match.

  • Manufacturing defect: The product has visible printing defects (missing layers, major deformations).

Important: Small striations (layer lines) specific to 3D printing technology (FDM) are not considered defects, as they are an inherent part of the manufacturing process.

C. What to do if there is a problem?

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please help us resolve the situation quickly:

  1. Send us an email at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Email Subject: "Return Order #[Order Number]".

  3. MANDATORY: Attach clear photos of the defective product and the packaging (box). This also helps us in our relationship with the courier company.

  4. We will analyze the request and contact you to determine if you want a re-print and reshipment of a new product (at our expense) or a full refund.

D. Standard Products (Non-personalized)

For products that are not personalized (e.g., certain standard auto parts, simple accessories), you have the legal right to return the product within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered, unused.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

E. Refund of Funds

In the case of an approved return (for defective products or standard returns), the value of the products will be refunded to your bank account (IBAN) within a maximum of 5-7 business days from the receipt and verification of the return.
